Saga of Xzheal

- Crypt Xe -
Nagisa held the staff close but did nothing.
Icalius hissed at her again.
Nagisa's ears twitched in annoyance.

- Crypt Xe -
Xeyl slowly created a small shadow ball.
"Well I do." He said.

- Crypt Xe -
Nagisa looked at him then back at the serpent.
"Sorry, my... friend meant to say 'Well, I do want my dinner soon'" She informed him hastily, glancing darkly at Xeyl while doing it.

- Crypt Xe -
"He'll be dead within seven months." The Serpent said coolly, as if it didn't care weather it died or not.

- Crypt Xe -
"Hmm... Not if we discover the secret of Lichdom first" She announced suddenly.
"Er, providing Xeyl doesn't mind becoming a lich..."
"Infact, I probably shouldn't even know about liches..."
"Considering that, maybe I read that tome too much..."

- Crypt Xe -
"Within five seconds."
The Serpent, perhaps a little over-confident in itself, turned and slashed as the confused necromancer with a blade-like spine on it's tail tip.

- Crypt Xe -
Acting quickly, Nagisa threw a shadow ball at Xeyl.
She made it only powerful enough to knock him out of the way.

- Crypt Xe -
Xeyl spluttered as he was oh-so-gently nudged out of the way.
The Serpent's blade stuck into the wall.

- Crypt Xe -
"Serpenty, do you like bats? Because I like bat hordes" She hissed in a impossibly cruel manner. She summoned hundreds of black shadow-bats with glowing red eyes and large shadow-teeth which glowed purple. They flew towards the serpent with one thought in mind: Nibble on the Serpent for Afternoon tea.

- Crypt Xe -
"Do you like spiders?"
The Serpent screamed and shattered like glass... and each shadow-shard formed into a dark Spider. They made high-pitched squealing sounds.

- Crypt Xe -
Nagisa squeaked and looked away, moving backwards and eventually into the wall. Closing her eyes, she made some motions and the bats started flying towards the shadow-spiders.

- Crypt Xe -
While others 'died', one Shadow Spider scurried over to Xeyl.
The necromancer tried to freeze it, but the spider just absorbed the magic. It got bigger.
"Uuh... Nagisa?" He mumbled, backing into a wall again.

- Crypt Xe -
Nagisa opened her eyes and saw only one of her bats still existent, then saw the bigger spider and squeaked in horror, before closing them and summoning a spear-shaped shadow spell and threw it in the larger spiders direction, though because her eyes were closed, it could possibly hit Xeyl...

- Crypt Xe -
The Spider looked at her as the spell hit a wall.
"Greah."

- Crypt Xe -
Nagisa simply frozed in terror. Her eyes open and staring at the spider.
"Xeyl... do... something..." She whimpered.

- Crypt Xe -
Xeyl flapped in fear and anger.
"I'm the one being-"
The Spider hissed, causing Xeyl to squeal.
"YOU do something!"

- Crypt Xe -
Nagisa sighed, and summoned a strange creature. It was black with glowing teal parts on what could be its 'chest', which extended outwards strangely near the top while thin further down, it had two hind legs and 'arms' shaped like scrimitars. It hissed, and it was hard to see where its eyes was, If it even had eyes. It moved towards the spider in a obvious pattern, it appeared unable to move in any direction except forward, and had to walk to turn to another direction.

- Crypt Xe -
The Spider turned and pattered closer to Nagisa.
It made a 'Ksssh' noise.

- Crypt Xe -
Nagisa whimpered silently.
The creature walked up to the spider.
Its arms slashed out, trying to hit it.

- Crypt Xe -
The Spider dodged, then leaped at Nagisa.

- Crypt Xe -
Nagisa fell to the floor, screeching in Frost Elvish.
"Tial! Xeyl, Dia sinar!"

- Crypt Xe -
Xeyl glanced around hurriedly, then threw a rock at the Spider.

- Crypt Xe -
Nagisa closed her eyes, expected the worst to happen.
The Creature, the Menianal, attempted to strike the Spider again.

Meanwhile...

- A fortress -
The arrows shot into the orcs.
"Volley!"
"Volley!" Hundreds of archers fired arrows at the black mass of orcs on the plains below.
"Two already!"
"I'm on seventeen!"
"Huh? I'll have no pointy-ear outscoring me!"
Two more arrows fly into the orcs.
"Nineteen!"

- Crypt Xe -
The frost-coated Spider hissed, it's mandibles clacking, and raised it's forelegs.
"Sssskeee."

- Crypt Xe -
Nagisa opened her eyes for a brief moment, and attempted to kick the spider off her.

- Crypt Xe -
The Spider screeched and jumped off, attempting to bite the creature.
