Remove automatically leaving the Chatbox?

As we all know, the Chatbox automatically kicks idlers out after a certain time. This leads to annoying stuff like

[14:56:44] Messages cleared by Elynay

[14:56:45] @ Elynay : Hmm

[15:01:27] @ Elynay : Hmm

[15:05:19] @ Elynay : Hmm

[15:09:06] @ Elynay : Hmm

[15:14:14] @ Elynay : Hmm

or similar spam just so we don't get kicked out when we have nothing to say or are waiting. Since this really has like no advantages, I propose that we just remove or prolong the time limit.
Thoughts?

I think this is an excellent idea, just need to master the away function for this to be truly effective.

Actually, the "Away" status probably isn't a problem, it's more the fact that after a certain time "away" you get kicked out altogether. I'll have a look in the Control Panel if I have the options to do anything regarding this.

Nope. As far as I can tell, the only configurable option for the chatbox available to me is where to place it on the forum page. I'm not sure whether it's possible at all to change it, but I will check the Forumotio FAQ or ask in the Help Forum when I have time, e.g. tomorrow.
EDIT: Update: Nothing on the matter whatsoever in the FAQ.
