Time of Darkness

Larhan tried to set the thing on fire and burn it quickly, but it arrived too quickly.
Arcan shoved Narsara out of the way; probably a stupid thing to do, but he did it anyway.
When he regained his vision a few seconds later, he could see a scattering of bones and a smear of his own blood, dark in it's colour.
His eyes came to rest suddenly on the stone that was upposed to be inside him, not outside.
He clawed at the ground to try to reach it, then gave up with one claw not that far away from it.
"Skee..." He coughed.

He stopped, and raised on of his Obsidian Deathswords.
He tried to stab Arcan with it but barely missed, the Sword got stuck in the Earth.
Arcan noticed he had barely any armour behind him.
Sabrelash tried to pull the blade out of the ground.

Larhan threw a firball at Sabrelash while Arcan clawed at the edge of the stone.
There was a dull pain in most of his joints, and his stomach. Although that meant he was still alive.
But still his vision was blurry and was, he could tell, getting worse as he looked up at Sabrelash.

Sabrelash felt a fiery pain and recoiled, he then forced the blade out of then ground.
He stamped his feet causing a small earthquake. He then threw a firebomb at Arcan, however it exploded in his hand.

Arcan managed to get his stone back, then slowly turned onto his back before moving in the opposite direction.

Sabrelash put the fire out using his sword, so now he had a fiery Obsidian Deathsword.
He swung it at Arcan.
He also threw another firebomb at Larhan.

The firebomb exploded near Larhan, causing her to fall backwards.
Arcan didn't have anywhere to go.
At some point Narsara had creapt a little closer to Sabrelash.
She stabbed at his arm with her weapon.

Sabrelash tried to turn around, his sword hit himself however when he turned.
"Ugh, enough of these games" He pointed his sword, and three spirits came out and went into the ground. Three undead were raised. Sabrelash started to lumber away quickly.
"Nacra, Perform the speific services I pay you for, expeditiously"
"Huh?"
"Kill them. Fast."
Nacra threw his own three firebombs at the party as Sabrelash retreated.

Larhan took two of them out of the air, but one hit her.
Narsara pulled at Arcan slightly.
"Get up. We need to go."
Arcan crawled backwards a little and leaned on a rock, grabbing her arm weakly and making her look at her hand.
She looked away from it then looked back.
"At... at least I still have blood..." Arcan coughed. "You... need to go. I'm not going - anywhere." He said, gritting his teeth. "Not for now."

Nacra suddenly jumped into the trees.
Sabrelash's undead disappeared.

- Wraitheria -
Naralda's vision started to come back, she felt something was carrying her, but she didn't know what. She saw something purple before her eyes closed again.

Arcan and Narsara looked around.
"Um..." She said, not sure what to do.

- Wraitheria -

"Ah, Kelen, we have a guest, Tilac found her near Maran Ruins"
"Ah, our... 'Sister' " The lich said.
"Alazan, take her to the spare room in the castle for now, and do not make this official, I may have use of her"
"Of course, brother" Alazan said. He signalled to the undead.

Arcan groaned slightly.
"Arn't they killing us? Am I dead?" He asked.
Narsara looked at him.
"I don't think so." Although, she thought, you might be soon.
Larhan limped down to them.
"Whoa..." She murmured, looking at the mess of Arcan of the floor.

- Wraitheria -

Naralda opened her eyes and rose slightly.
She scanned the room but didn't recogonise it except for two purple flags.
"This cannot be Aduna..." She got up and walked unsteadily to the door. She tried to turn the doorknob but it was locked.

- Blood Rose Field -

"What do we do?" Larhan asked Arcan.
"You... you run..." He coughed, then frowned. "I can do that... I can save them..."
"Save who?" Narsara aksed.
Arcan didn't answer her question. He felt he didn't have time to explain.
"-I'm not through with life today here. Trail to my being, I must leave you. I'm sorry. I don't hate you. But I love you not yet.-" (Argonian)
Narsara pressed her fangs together.
"Figures..." She said.
"What? What did he say?" Larhan asked.
"I need you to go. I'm sorry." Narsara sighed.
"Go? But-"
"It will be alot less painful for you..." Narsara tried to explain.
It was something she couldn't quite.
Larhan glanced at her brother."
"You plan to die. You wouldn't do that unless there will be a third."

She twitched when he didn't reply.

Alazan stepped of the boat, two skeletons followed him onto the beach.
"Now, the Artifact is... that way" Alazan said calmly, walking into a cave.
His two skeletons followed him.

- Blood Rose Field -

Larhan turned and noticed why, then looked away again.
"Freaks..." She muttered.
Narsara probed Arcan's injury with a twig.
"I think the term would be accurate only for your brother... or, both parts of him." She said, fishing something out.
"Hey..." Arcan protested.

- Ravum, Aedes Damcat -

The clawed fingers touched the page of the book slightly.
The creatures faced distorted in annoyance as he noticed a minor error in the page.
"I still have more then enough Ravaernra to use this spell"
He chanted a complex series of Syllables.

- Mathica Fortress' remains -

The figure who not stood on the old, Rohat-shattered wall of the fortress sighed.
Beside him stood a creature of fire, like the one Arcan would summon.
It extended a sort of distorted claw towards one of the two remaining towers.
"There?" The figure asked, it's voice one of Argonian tone.
The firey being nodded and stepped back to a group of undead mages, who were boredly standing there, some holding balls of lightning or fire, one held poison.

- Ravum, Aedes Damcat -

The demons gnarled fingers grabbed hold of a Ttalt leaf and crushed it.
He stopped chanting. Nothing happened.
"Must of don- forgot to add the Daemicon stones..." He hissed to himself.

- Mathica Fortress -

Later, they were in the fortress... or, it's half.
This intruder found what he was looking for surprisingly quickly.
"Kehlia, so poor are you at hiding things of importance to your husband!" He giggled.

- Shadia Talish Islands -

Alazan soon walked out of the cave rather pleased with himself.
"That went far better then expected. Now, lets get the our Colonists and help them build this town."
Alazan covered his head with his cloak and walked eastwards down the beach. His two skeletal minions followed his every step.
He then turned and walked off the beach, climbing up a trail of Natural steps. He saw two red eyes glaring at him from the stone before they disappeared.
"He is still watching me it seems. But let him" He hissed in Wraitherian.

- Mathica Fortress -

"So. Light the fire, spread the smoke."
"As they said before!" One of his minions blurted out.
"Find it."

- Aduna -
Two guards rushed past the purple flag of Aduna.
"Well, that did not go well..." The first guard whispered.
"We better not tell Kelen, or he'll kill us this time"
The small elf could hear the Guards rush past her. Their boots hitting the ground.
She detached herself from the shadows momentarily before disappearing into the shadows of the gatehouse.

- Mathica Fortress -

The old, returning looked down his scaled snout at the large red crystal.
It was big; tree times his size, and he knew it ran deep into the earth.
It had been Arcan's powerful weapon and messenger.
This stone announced war. It would darken the sky, and anyone who has sense would come here, of flee.
The Arginian blinked slowly then out a claw on it's surface.
A purple wave washed over it's red surface.
An undead was thrown over as a pillar of light that splashed out across the sky, seemed to burn... then swallowed everything.
Tendrils of darkness jumped across the sky, spreading out rapidly.
"I think, it is time I join the fight again. Khaer?" He summoned a liquidy creature. That liquit was blood.
"Aya, master Mathica. Farewell to the light!"

- Aduna -
The elf looked up slightly. She frowned as it became dark.
"I thought it was high noo- Maybe, I've never really been able to tell the time..." She shrugged. Nara reached out for her sword as another guard walked past. He jumped at him and knocked him out before he could notice anything. Nara searched him, found keys and a dagger, took them then hid the unconscious body.
